Customer service was good when the product I purchased from them malfunctioned and I let them know. They engaged with me on necessary steps in order to return and replace the product when necessary. And it’s all about patience. Today, I’ve received the replacement without paying a dime after the first purchase. Thanks and keep it up. 👍🏾

This business and the owners have no sense of honesty and integrity at all. They sent a broken, torn, with broken zip and rusting sofa bed with missing parts to my wife and requested she pays before receiving the items. They are scammers. Do not patronize them, don't buy they will deceive you.

I ordered a clothing rack through their online store and experienced significant delivery delays with little to no proactive communication. After waiting far longer than expected, I was shocked to discover that the item delivered was not even the product I ordered. What has been even more disappointing is the handling of the issue afterward. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service and clearly explaining the problem, the response has been slow, inconsistent, and lacking urgency. I have received unclear information regarding their policies and timelines, and there seems to be no sense of accountability for correcting their mistake. As a customer, I expect a company to take responsibility when they deliver the wrong product and to resolve the issue promptly. Instead, I have spent far too much time chasing updates and seeking answers, only to be met with delays and poor communication. The entire experience has left me questioning the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. If you value accurate deliveries, timely service, and responsive customer support, you may want to think twice before ordering from Ishtari Ghana. I sincerely hope management takes customer complaints more seriously and improves both their logistics and customer service processes.
